Clean Lighting Project (All DBF States)
Solar energy solutions comprise a great quantum of our work in this area, with solar off-grid products such as solar lanterns, home lighting systems, solar study lamps, solar streetlights and solar pumps promoted across our intervention areas.
In Meghalaya, we undertook awareness campaigns on the UJALA (Unnat Jyoti by Affordable LEDs) program where we made people aware of the scheme.
As on 31st March 2021 over 52000 students have benefitted from solar products are now able to study comfortably in evening. 314 clean lightings solutions have been installed and promoted in the year 2020-21.
